The Company Council is a 15-member board. Eighteen seats are up for election in the 2024 presidential elections.

The Ramona Community Planning Group advises the county on planning and land use issues and makes recommendations based on the state of the community.

A: State Route 67: Ramona is a busy small town that is home to many visitors who explore our wineries, hiking trails and small businesses. My husband and I grew up in small towns and I feel that the small town of Ramona was a major factor in our decision to move and buy a home here. As communities grow around us, they have SR-67 bottles that make us all nervous. More importantly, it severely affects our ability to evacuate our residents and livestock during a wildfire or other natural disaster.

FIRE PREVENTION: Wildfires are things that need to be prepared for and managed. Many of our residents are excluded from homeowners insurance as the lines are established for wildfire areas. I will provide assistance to our Cal Fire partners and common sense brush prevention recommendations to clear dead brush and properly maintain, increase and/or improve fire routes.

A: I will work tirelessly to ensure that zoning and other arrangements are in the best interest and well being of Ramona, while preserving the charm of our town. I am experienced in preparing and conducting evacuation drills which allows me to advise and assist the RCPG in evacuation discussions and training. A testament to my talent, I have won many awards for my work; One of the highlights was the Very Patriotic Award (VIP) given by the National Military Family Association (NMFA), for which I was on a box of Kellogg Frosted Flakes cereal. .

A: My primary focus will be on the safety of community members, especially those related to emergency evacuations for obvious reasons. Second, we want to focus on careful analysis of each issue so that my vote is fact-based rather than "I feel" or "I feel" or "I want."

Finally, I want to go on expensive walks and trails. Ramona is a haven for outdoor activity and growth and our resources are to be embraced, sustained and protected for future generations.

A: My experience in land use project management will provide the board with perspective as an applicant, having worked with various planning groups in the Pacific Northwest. My management, follow-up and communication skills have been applied to board services, and I understand the value of completing projects efficiently and on time while complying with local regulations.

A: For the last 12 years that I have been a member of the RCPG, I have dedicated myself to making sure that all residents who come to the RCPG have their voices heard. If elected, I will continue to speak for all Ramona residents. I think this is the best way to honor our meeting.

I had the opportunity to explore many different collaborative processes between San Diego County planning/development and the Ramona Community Planning Group. I have been a member of some of the projects that Ramona has been involved in; currently Mt. Woodson and Marijuana Regulation. To This Mountain Woodson is committed to the safety of anyone willing to explore the popular hiking trails, and the cannabis organization is focused on how it impacts our community.

We are very excited to see some big changes like safe routes to schools, new improvements to our power supply, road improvements and the addition of Ramona Grata signs. The development of the Ramona Community Intergenerational Campus (RICC), which will be built in the coming years, is an important step for our future. I think these are all explanations
